Phillips & Co is a London-based surveying practice specialising in residential property surveys across North and East London. Led by Sam Phillips MRICS, a full member of the RICS since 2007, we provide clear, detailed, and independent advice to help clients make confident decisions, whether purchasing a Victorian terrace, a modern apartment, or a converted period home.

Sam founded the practice to offer clients a genuinely personal, director-led service, providing clear explanations, practical advice, and complete independence from estate agents and developers.
